The mission of Firefly Yoga is to create a community where all people are welcome to show up on their mat in a space of empowerment and support . Unwind with Dani from your weekend and start your new week with a deep awareness, slow movement & relaxation practice. We will move the body with a gentle flow to warm up as we connect to the breath with awareness for making space for settling of the mind body connections into the moment.

You will learn to use yoga props: blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, etc, for cultivating alignment and support for stillness to your body. Each week you’ll explore 4-6 fully supported yoga asanas, taking time to focus on breathing deeply as we activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Pranayama and/or meditation will be included in this well rounded slow paced practice. This class welcomes all humans, including folks working through injuries. Come as you are, to nourish your body, mind and spirit through a challenging slow, supported practice that merges both the movement & supported surrender.
