Join Dani, a master of talking with her hands, for an extraordinary workshop into an understanding of how hand mudras and mantras can transform your yoga practices of asana and meditation. Dani will lead you through a transformative journey combining the power of mudra meditation and mantra specification based on the elements of earth, water , air , fire and space. This ancient process of hand mudras and mantras will be used for energy attunement to elevate your consciousness and unluck your true potential.
This is more than just an asana workshop: it’s a potent self-healing practice that offers you tools for relief from worry and anxiety. Open yourself to a new realm of peace, bliss, clarity and self-expression from within.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Mindful movement and asana will be included. Please bring a journal..

If you find it hard to switch off, this class is for you! Achieving this however can be very challenging for most of us, especially if you find it hard to relax, to fall asleep or to stay asleep. This Yoga for Deep Rest class aims to support your body to learn to relax fully, so the mind and body soften to allow the nervous system to settle.
This class is about enabling you to let go of physical and mental stress and encourage your sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight freeze) to dial down and your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) to dial up - promoting balance and helping you to reset.
You will be guided into a few very supportive asanas to relax the body and then you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra mediation enhanced with essential oils. A special place of sleepless sleep where you just listen to your internal pulse of just being.

Ful-Being Collective
An in depth look at our inner warrior archytpe . Join Dani with this trio series that will look at the principals of being a Warior and the asanas - Warrior 1, warrior 2 , and Warrior 3 with use of The Great Yoga Wall, chairs, blocks, bars and weights. We will use the wall and floor to understand pelvic stability and hip mobility to hold the structure of standing solid in our body through ebb 1-2-3’s of a warrior. We will move through leg and ankle orientations and upper body movements for flexibility, mobility and strengthening while connecting to the breath in different pranayama techniques.
Let’s cultivate strength through the body as our feet touch the earth and the wall .
