Yoga unites the mind, body and spirit in a way that eases tension, promotes health, and overall well-being. Regular practice will help you go inside to open up limitless possibilities for your fullest potential of living a balanced life.
Dani’s knowledge of the human form comes from years of drawing the body and her love for the body is apparent as she guides students toward body awareness so that they, too, can make the connections in natural body movement, alignment and breath. She helps to bring forth the unique connections for the practitioner to find awareness in their shape, form, alignment, and patterns in their practice to deepen the process of self-exploration. This creates a practice that makes space for creativity to flow and acceptance of release to be present with whatever shows up. Encouragement, props, and art are an integral part of support in Dani’s teachings while her therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the depths of Raja Hatha Yoga so that you can align your life with purpose and ease while encouraging growth from the inside out!

TYPES OF Classes
Vinyasa II
A vigorous and flowing style of yoga in which the breath is used to move from one pose to another, concentrating on strength, flexibility and awareness. Dani offers unique blend of moving through sections of poses and therapeutic movements so that you can fully explore the experience of integrating the body, breath and mind into the practice. Every class is different and customized to what evolves out of the collective practice to leave you both with a workout and mental release. Yoga Asana experience required .
THE YOGA WALL
The Yoga Wall is like having a supportive partner in your practice who keeps you in balance between effort and ease. This system of support helps you find supportive extension in your practice that heightens your awareness of your body and breath’s freedom. The supported straps and props use gravity as a natural form of resistance causing the body to open much further than in regular yoga practice. This releases tension, deeply stretching the entire muscular-skeletal body and relieves pressure and back pain and calms the autotomic nervous system.
Restorative Flow & Align
We will move the body with a gentle flow to warm up as we connect breath with awareness making space for settling the mind-body connections in the present.
You will learn to use yoga props: blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters, etc, for cultivating alignment and support for stillness to your body. Each week you’ll explore 4-6 fully supported yoga asanas, taking time to focus on breathing deeply as we activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Pranayama and/or meditation will be included in this well rounded slow paced practice. This class welcomes all humans, including folks working through injuries. Come as you are, to nourish your body, mind and spirit through a challenging slow, supported practice that merges both the movement & supported surrender.
CENTER & FLOW
Center and Flow is our moderately paced flow class. You'll sync your movements to your breath and be offered adaptations or progressive variations as needed to challenge yourself with what you see and feel. Centering strategies will be used throughout to help you cultivate an expansive, resilient and relaxed attentiveness challenging yourself in new directions both physically and mentally with some guided meditation and breath practices and usage of prop connections.
Slow FLOW
In this class things slow down a bit to focus intently on alignment and creating ease of motion in the body. Suitable for all levels, but geared for beginners, this is an opportunity to go within and let go of tension. Through focused self-awareness, hands on adjustments, props, and as always, the support of your breath, you will be guided through a mindful and healing practice that incorporates asanas, pranyama and guided mediations.
YOGA Therapeutics
Yoga therapeutics with Dani is designed to help target educational awareness in understanding the principals of poses and breathing techniques for cultivating a healthy body, clear mind and space for awareness. We will focus in a supportive capacity with lots of props like a chair, the wall, blocks, blankets, belts to dig deep in custom alignment, flexibility, strength and resilience to experience the pose for uniting ourselves into our body, breath and mind for holistic health benefits.
