This practice meets you where you are, and Dani will mindfully teach you to connect with the supportive wall props for deep awareness of effort and ease to be in the posture

My Virtual Yoga Class Schedule
Practice with me on ZOOM for your convenience, especially as I increase my in person courses, workshops, trainings and retreat offerings . I truly believe yoga and art should be accessible for everyone as tools for well-being and healing.
HeArtful Yoga Zoom classes- $20 a session
I am offering these sessions as a pay individually or as a pack - on a sliding scale that works for you if you need financial assistance, please reach out for scholorship.
