the Threshold Yoga Experience
Join Dani Locastro & Amy Pearce Hayden in Sedona, AZ
Oct 31- Nov 6
We are so very excited to announce our joint retreat in Oct 31- Nov 6, 2026 in Sedona, Az. at the Sedonya Center for Conscious Living A sanctuary in Sedona- created to hold what is sacred.
Sedona offers a rare combination of awe-inspiring natural beauty and a sense of quiet spaciousness that naturally invites reflection and inner exploration.
This five-day experience is shaped around the idea of arriving at a threshold—a moment of pause, transition, or change. The practices we’ll share are meant to support you in times when something feels ready to shift, soften, or be reconsidered. Think of it as a catalyst for loosening old patterns or ideas, or for becoming unstuck where movement has felt difficult.
This retreat experience is designed to have space on either end for you to plan your stay and vacation activities in Sedona as you see fit. You will need to be in Sedona by Oct 31 to be ready to start our first day of the retreat on Sunday-Nov 1. It official begins on Sunday-Nov1 with a group lunch at a restaurant, a visit to Amitabha Stupa and peace park where we will open our small group in sacred circle.
You must be committed for the enter time for this retreat. Our retreat center programing at Sedonya Center is Mon- Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm. Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Dani weaves together asana, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mudras, mantras, and art-based practices—offering practical tools students can return to in everyday life.
Her teaching blends clear alignment, thoughtful pacing, and creative process—so students can build strength, steadiness, and trust in themselves.
As a creative guide, artist, and educator, Dani brings people together in studios, schools, festivals, galleries, and wellness spaces—to move, breathe, and make their marks on the canvas of life.
