Hudson Highlands Women’s Collaborative was instrumental in supporting me to create Heartful Yoga as my business. This group of smart supportive women got together to experience the process of collaborating in art making for a cause. We focussed on supporting each other through the practice in partnering up through sharing, generous listening, movement and reflection. We partnering up with a charity called Women Together. Women Together ignites our energy to grow, make meaningful, lasting connections and affect positive change.
