We are on a mission to hold this sacred safe space for deep practices & play to come together to be guided by the fluidity of grace through yoga, mantra, music and mark making. This is an alcohol free retreat.

A Private, Intimate Catskills Retreat
Stay in a charming, spacious, historic country home nestled in the serene woodlands of the Catskills. This artsy, welcoming home has become a beloved retreat space for Dani and offers a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and the yogic arts.
Dani and Angela are artists who live their yoga and practice music and art with reverence for Shakti. Together, they offer an integrated curriculum designed to help you become present, unwind, reflect, and connect with your source energy to be expressive.

Creative & Customized Yoga Practices
Dani and Angela will guide you through a multi-faceted exploration of yoga philosophy, asana, breathwork, art therapeutics, chanting, music, meditation, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, and heartfelt discussions. Expect accessible yoga practices, deep workshops on the fundamentals of yoga, and space to explore how movement, breath, sound, and creativity can support vibrant balance in daily life.
Nourishment from the Land
All meals are farm-to-table and locally sourced, including seasonal ingredients from Dani’s CSA at Glynwood Farms. Enjoy delicious, wholesome meals creatively prepared by Dani to nourish body, mind, and soul throughout the retreat. This is an added bonus for all who come to enjoy her food!

Lodging Options
Please note: the house is not wheelchair accessible. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors, and some stairs are required. This is a beautiful large country home with 3 full baths . This is an intimate weekend. This will be Dani’s 4th time here hosting a special retreat . Yoga workshops in great room. Plenty of room to be in community and alone in reflection. Large outdoor sauna on property and hiking trails nearby.

Private Room — $1,871 per person

Shared Room with Your Own Bed — $1,662 per person
A balance of community and personal space, with your own bed in a shared room.
Cozy Shared Bed Option — $1,440 per person
Coming with a partner, close friend, or someone you’re comfortable sharing a queen bed with? This is the most budget-friendly way to experience the retreat.
Room selection preferences must be confirmed at the time of booking. All prices include taxes and fees.
Registration & Deposit
Spaces are limited and held on a first-come, first-served basis with a non-refundable $400 deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward your selected accommodation and retreat total.
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a questionnaire for food allergies, dietary restrictions, wellness considerations, and yoga experience.
MEET THE EDUCATORS
Dani’s Bio
Dani’s energy, expertise, and enthusiasm are a rare gift that helps students design their own practice to tap into their own innate power. She is a professional artist, textile designer, entrepreneur, and yoga teacher with a 500 hour-ERYT/YACEP with additional certifications in Iyengar Yoga Wall, Trauma Informed Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics. She is the creator and founder of Heartful Yoga- which integrates yoga and art modalities for cultivating creativity, healing, and self-expression. Each collaborative workshop print is which is manufactured into lifestyle products for all to share & wear.
Through the integration of many different styles of Raja Hatha Yoga, Dani’s teachings are compassionate and created for inclusivity in mind. She believes that yoga and art should be accessible to all bodies and identities and works to hold a safe space where anyone can show up for themselves as they are. Dani cultivates individualized practices tailored to her students’ needs, considering her knowledge of anatomy, to ensure that the practices are flexible, strengthening, engaging, and serving each student. She will guide you into understanding the connections of mind, body, and spirit hrough thematic principals; leaving you feeling embodied, connected and directed on a path towards wellness and self-expression.
Angela’s Bio:
Angela Hassan is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist specializing in guitar, zither, and harmonium. Most known for leading kirtan, she also offers meditative sound journeys and live music for yoga classes. Her music blends her angelic voice and devotion with transcendent sound to create an environment which softens the heart and invites deep connection.
With more than a decade of experience and certifications in yoga, meditation, and multiple energy healing modalities, Angela's offerings gently guide people back to themselves, to their breath, their heart, and the present moment. She has worked with various communities including youth, young adults, senior citizens, people in recovery, incarcerated individuals, and the general public. Angela has shared music across the globe, including the United States, Europe, India, and Africa.
