EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE
To breath is to live! We explored the process of our breath with a pranayama and asana focussed practice to warm up for physical and creative exploration. We identified the sensations of the practice through color and eventually took the mark making to be made with the breath. Playing with the process art making and our perspective of what is yoga & art - “Look Mom no hands!”
