On this retreat we took a deep dive into working through this lens of the Kleshas for learning, exploring and processing through asana, breathwork, meditation, and mark making.
By looking at ignorance (Avidya) ego (Asmita) attachment (Raga), aversion (Dvesha) and fear (Abhinivesha), we connected to practices and our own awareness to harness change with intention, so habits and actions don’t stay in a loop but rather move freely with bravery and vulnerability in the direction for positive growth. The marks on this masterpiece are expressive and complicated illustrating the depths of what was uncovered, seen, explored and released. Numerous print making and drawing techniques gave us a new perspective on drawing from within ourselves.
