Spring 2025 at Fulbeing Collective was the first full day integrated yoga retreat held there. This retreat was an opportunity to plant the seeds of intention into working with many different healers, teachers and practitioners with many modalities for wellness. We intentionally changed up the classes so students’ perspectives of asana, breathwork and mindfulness could be cultivated from the depths of their awareness and not super specific directions. We moved the scale and ownership of their practices. We explored somatic movement and personal asana alignment, myofascial release techniques with props, the study of spirit study through the sutras and therapeutic art making for tapping into the sensory feedback look for creative play and self-expression. This masterpiece was created in record time in the flow freely in 1and half hours because of the inner work we did up until the point of guidance to step into an artmaking process.
