Our exploration of our vinyasa practice took us through examining our human form in different poses to realize the sacred shapes we can make with each pose and how the fundamentals of a shape - circles, squares, lines, swirls, and crosses. We took this aspect of the yoga practice onto paper to get into the flow of making shapes onto paper to see how the body physically works while making large gestural marks of shapes onto paper.
