The Threshold: A Sedona Yoga Retreat

The Threshold Yoga Experience

October 31–November 6, 2026

Join Dani Locastro & Amy Pearce Hayden in Sedona, Arizona

Sedona offers a rare combination of awe-inspiring natural beauty and quiet spaciousness, naturally inviting reflection and inner exploration.

This five-day experience is shaped around the idea of arriving at a threshold: a moment of pause, transition, or change. The practices we’ll share are intended to support you when something feels ready to shift, soften, or be reconsidered. Think of this retreat as a catalyst for loosening old patterns or ideas, and for becoming unstuck where movement has felt difficult.

This retreat has space built in on either end, allowing you to plan your own stay and vacation activities in Sedona. Please plan to arrive in Sedona by October 31 so you are ready to begin our first retreat day on Sunday, November 1.

Our experience officially begins Sunday, November 1, with a group lunch at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, where we will open our small group in sacred circle.

Please note: you must be committed for the entire retreat. Programming at Sedonya Center runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This retreat is designed for you to experience many different tools of yoga for self-awakening, shared by experienced teachers and healers, with meaningful space in between for contemplation and growth.
