We came together as a small community to develop our sensory awareness in a process of self-reflection through journaling and collaborate creative expression, without attachment to any outcome. We stepped into flow of somatic movement with asanas for warmups, so that when we got to the canvas, the body and brain were limber and ready to go. Dani queued the usage of different mediums to provoke sensory feedback in the print and mark making process invoking qualities of thinking, such as flexibility, tolerance of ambiguity or unpredictability, and the enjoyment of things heretofore unknown.
