The Hudson Valley Women’s Collaborative started in 2017 as a group of women who come together to support each other through the ups and downs of work and personal life.

This workshop at The Collective of Cold Spring was an abbreviated Heartful Yoga Experience, made just for Dani’s fellow members. It gave everyone a chance to experience what happens when creativity, self-discovery, and playful teamwork are mixed. The vibe was all about trying new things and making your marks—in a space where you could really let loose.

Participants reflected about the last time they just played or got their hands dirty for the fun of it. It was a celebration of creativity and energetic flow, with lots of support from the whole group.
