This week retreat in Tuscany at the Agriturismo Le Pianore - invited participants to explore The Power of the PAUSE as a living practice: a sacred space between breaths, thoughts, movements, choices, and moments of connection. Through yoga, pranayama, meditation, creative mark making, sound, nature, and self-inquiry, participants learn to slow down, listen inwardly, and respond from presence rather than habit. We gathered in unique ways to feel the pulse of this special land, the food, the history and space of slow heartful living.
Every detail was designed to create an environment immersed in quiet, nature, beauty and mindfulness. A living, welcoming and authentic space was cultivated for memorable experiences that will flourish long after we returned home.
