This week long retreat was a perfect blend of personal exploration and community connection.  We  peeled back the layers of understanding ourselves through the study of the Koshas (the layers of self that sheath the soul) as a lens of awareness  for Asana, Pranayama, Mediation, reflection  and creativity practices.

Each day we moved our bodies and breath based on the integrated theme of that day to get a better understanding on how the ancient yoga practices and philosophies can guide us today in our practice so that it is not a one size fits all yoga practice. This artwork is a collective collaboration of our weeks discovery deeper into our individual Self and our connection  to universal consciousness.  There a was a take home nugget and challenge for everyone!
