This special print was created during Covid at an Intimate Retreat in the Catskills, NY. This group of people tested for Covid before coming and were ready for an in-depth weekend of the Niyama’s focussing on Svadhyaya. The magical layers of this print was worked on each day as part of our reflection inward and outward making connections to ourself and others.
