The Art of Yoga & Creativity is a long-weekend Catskills retreat created by Dani and Angela for renewal, self-expression, and a deeper connection to your creative spirit. Held in an intimate, historic country home in the woods, the experience brings together yoga philosophy, asana, breathwork, meditation, restorative practice, chanting, music, art, and heartfelt conversation.
Your stay includes time for nature, sauna, journaling, and rest, along with three continental breakfasts, two gourmet lunches, three farm-to-table dinners, healthy snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine with dinner.
