During this 4-day retreat in the Catskill Mountains of NY we gathered together to explore connection. A key component that was missing during Covid-19. We integrated a deep focus and exploration through studying the Koshas and how they related to our inner awareness, processing of different practices, and emotions that rise and resist within us as we connected or disconnect to others and ourselves though nature, art, music, dance, and reflection. By the end of the weekend we had a better understanding how to bring ourselves into a better state of balanced Heartful connected living.
