The Middle path retreat is where effort met ease, discipline meets creativity, and movement met stillness. We returned home to ourselves spiritually integrated, grounded, and empowered to live with balance and intention every day. We stepped away from the noise of daily life and immersed ourselves in a weekend of renewal, self-exploration, and deep connection through A Creative and Customized Approach to Yoga by Dani and Amy guiding the understanding the multi-faceted philosophy and practices of yoga. This included 16.5 hours of continuing Education credits of an integrative blend of asana, breathwork, art therapeutics, chanting and philosophical discussion. This retreat was designed for those seeking to reset, find balance, and unplug from the demands of the outside world to walk the path of yogic integration and set the tone for continual personal practice.
