This masterpiece was worked on each day of our retreat, shape shifting in color, form and texture through marks, words and moments as a teaching and learning tool.

Before, after and sometimes during our asana, pranayama and meditation times. We came together to slow down, savor the colors of our environment, share ourselves and love ourselves, to see what us was around and in us through deep self-study.

We allowed the painting to unfold everyday based on the dharma and fully released into just being present in mark making… with ourselves and trusting the yoga practice…
