Jazzed for June Workshops
Deepen your practice this June through live music, sacred sound, and outdoor community yoga in the Hudson Valley
This June, you are warmly invited into a series of special offerings with me inspired by the heart of practice: connection, creativity, and healing presence. Through yoga, live music, sacred sound, community gathering in nature, and monthly Yoga Nidra, these offerings are an opportunity to deepen your practice by harnessing your senses as a healing power—supporting greater balance in your energetic, physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The power of creative collaboration through yoga, live music, and sacred sound
When yoga is woven together with live music and sacred sound, the practice becomes deeply immersive. Collaboration between teacher, musician, and sound practitioner creates a responsive, intuitive space where movement, breath, rhythm, and stillness meet. Live music can deepen presence and emotional connection, while sound healing supports relaxation, helps calm the nervous system, and invites students into a fuller experience of rest, release, and inner listening.
Why collaboration matters
Creative collaboration expands what is possible in practice. Different gifts and perspectives come together to offer a richer, more resonant experience—one that can inspire insight, awaken the senses, and support healing on many levels. In these June workshops, collaboration becomes part of the medicine: a shared offering that helps you reconnect with yourself and with the supportive energy of community. It is my honor to be working again with Angela Rae Hassen and Lindsey Benoit O’Connell in holding these sacred spaces of deep connection to the yoga practice, Self and sound
Sunset Flow & Song
In this special collaboration, Angela and I co-create a sacred space for deepening practice through movement, stillness, song, and sound. This lunar-inspired flow invites you to channel what has been building beneath the surface into breath, awareness, and release with simple movement. Rooted in devotion and presence, the experience offers an opportunity to illuminate your inner landscape, soften what no longer serves, and return to yourself with greater clarity and fullness.
With Dani’s thoughtful use of props and Angela’s angelic voice sung with live accompaniment on harmonium and guitar, this workshop becomes a soulful journey of self-discovery and unwinding as the sun sets.

Restorative Yoga & Sacred Sound
This restorative workshop is an invitation to release physical and mental tension and gently guide the body toward rest. Through subtle movement, supported stillness, and the healing resonance of sacred sound, you will be supported in softening the stress response and reconnecting with a more integrated sense of wholeness.
Together, Lyndsey and I offer a practice that is gentle yet profound—one that helps you inhabit the body with awareness, surrender with support, and sound to listen more deeply to the wisdom within.
Please allow yourself a little spaciousness after class to integrate the depth of relaxation and healing this experience can offer as we deeply connect with the energetic body.

Outdoor Community Yoga at Glynnwood Farm
This monthly community yoga asana and mediation class offers a powerful return to what is essential. Practicing on the land invites the body to awaken naturally, the breath to deepen, and the mind to soften into the rhythm of the natural world. Fresh air, open sky, and sunlight can uplift mood, reduce stress, and support steadier energy, while the textures and sounds of the outdoors heighten awareness and help anchor you in the present moment.
Gathering in community on the farm also brings a special kind of nourishment. Shared practice creates belonging, encouragement, and collective calm. Surrounded by the beauty of Glynnwood, Farm yoga becomes more than movement—it becomes a way to remember that we are part of something living, rooted, and deeply interconnected.
Please bring your mat and water bottle. A few extra mats are available if needed—just let me know. All are welcome and registration fee. This is a charitable donation for the Farm to help make healthy food and yoga accessible to all beings.

Monthly Yoga Nidra
Dani’s monthly Yoga Nidra offerings at The Collective in Cold Spring and FullBeing Collective in Wappingers Falls are a beautiful invitation into profound rest. Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can soften deeply while awareness remains gently present. This practice offers a supportive space to unwind accumulated stress, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with an inner sense of ease and wholeness giving our brains a deep rest.
Regular Yoga Nidra practice can support deeper relaxation, improved sleep quality, emotional regulation, and greater mental clarity. By activating the body’s rest-and-digest response, it can help reduce stress, invite calm, and create the conditions for healing and integration on many levels. For those moving through busy seasons or seeking more spaciousness within, Yoga Nidra can become a steady, nourishing ritual of restoration and healing.
