POP-UP Out Door Yoga
Outdoor POP- UP YOGA with Dani
Come connect with community outside on the magnificent Hudson River in a very homegrown way. Bring your mat, your props a blanket and let’s breathe, move and practice being present together. I was thinking about a trip that I took to San Francisco a while ago and how there was a community of practitioners every morning the waterfront moving through their Tai Chi form … the dance, the energy and the ease from the outside looking in. And have been asked by a few of you to gather!
So, I realized that we still have the best month to practice outside in the Hudson Valley - September! The sun light shifts in dawn and dusk, the heat is turned on and maybe the humidity off by 6:00 pm– who knows. I just know that I feel like practicing with you old school style … community style … no pomp and circumstance … no mic (just my cheerleading voice cheering your on as your spiritual cheerleader through your asana and pranayama to connect to your spirit) I guess receiving an accolade of Miss Yell and Loudest in high school might pay off.
Mark your calendars and join me in the parks on the Hudson River waterfront- weather permitting This is a donation series so pay what you can – bring a friend and just soak up the last days of summer on the waterfront practicing together.
Suggested Donation is $15 per class and can be paid via Venmo or Pay Pal

“ Keep close to Nature’s Heart…and break clear away, once in a while and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Sit by the water and watch it flow. Wash your spirit clean.” –Jon Muir
