I’m excited to invite you to the inaugural Remembrance Festival, happening January 9–10, 2027, in Madison, Wisconsin.
I said yes to being part of Remembrance Festival because its spirit feels deeply aligned with Heartful Yoga: remembering that we are expressions of divine love and creation, reconnecting with our inner light, and showing up with authenticity, openness, and care.
This special weekend at The Remembrance Festival brings together teachers, artists, musicians, educators, healing arts practitioners, and community voices for connection, creativity, movement,music, learning, and the joy of feeling fully alive.
I’ll be guiding a collaborative art-making experience that blends gentle, mindful movement and breathwork with playful, fast-drying art mediums. Together, we’ll quiet the inner critic, release tension, awaken childhood joy, and explore authentic connection in a safe, judgment-free space. Letting this print tell the story of Remembrance by capturing our creative collaborative expressive experience of moving our bodies and making intentional marks together. We will be stepping into process of remembering we are all creative and have the right to express ourselves.
