This workshop focusses on the connections of the our hands and our hearts. How can our hands help us navigate self-awareness and expression ? We will take a deeper look into asanas for heart opening with awareness to deepen our connection to the feed back we get from a sensory standpoint so we can connect more with others and onto paper for self-expression.

Every shape can help reveal a connection to awareness. Take a look at the shapes your body makes differently in your asana practice and learn to make connections of how these scared shapes can help you be in the process of self-exploration and opening into understanding of being in the moment of creative expression.

BaRre Body & soul

The breath is a barometer for navigating your inner landscape with your outside world. This Vinyasa practice of poses preps us to move freely through our creative process. Pranayama and chanting techniques will also be included to help open us up into our flow of shake energy on the mat and onto paper for a unique art making experience.
