Announcing The Threshold Experience
A Deep Dive Yoga Retreat in Sedona with Dani Locastro & Amy Pearce-Hayden
Oct 31- Nov 6, 2026
We are delighted to announce The Threshold Experience, an immersive retreat created by Amy Pearce-Hayden and Dani Locastro, taking place October 31-November 6, 2026 in Sedona, Arizona at the Sedonya Center for Conscious Living—a sanctuary in Sedona created to hold what is sacred.
Set among Sedona’s red rocks and spacious desert landscape, this retreat is designed as an intentional pause: a threshold between what has been and what is ready to emerge.
This is not a casual getaway—it is a guided, integrative education in the deeper tools of yoga, self-inquiry, ritual, embodied awareness, philosophy, creativity, and conscious transition.Through daily practice, study, ceremony, reflection, and community, participants will be invited to loosen old patterns, listen inwardly, and cultivate steadiness for moments of change.
What makes this retreat a deep dive: Amy and Dani will weave together experiential yoga education, philosophy, movement, restorative practices, contemplative inquiry, yoga wall fundamentals, art-making, sound, ceremony, and sacred community. The result is a multidimensional retreat for students, teachers, seekers, and practitioners who are ready to engage the path of yoga as a living practice.
What you will take home: Long after you return from Sedona, the benefits of this retreat are meant to keep unfolding. Students will leave with practical tools for self-regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness; a renewed relationship with yoga philosophy as guidance for everyday living; creative practices that open insight beyond words; and a deeper capacity to meet life’s thresholds with steadiness, courage, and clarity. You will return home with more than memories—you will carry a lived experience of practice, community, ritual, and reflection that can continue to support your teaching, relationships, choices, and inner life.
The schedule is intentionally designed with space on either side of the core retreat days, allowing you to plan additional time in Sedona for rest, hiking, integration, or personal exploration. Participants should arrive in Sedona by October 31 and be ready to begin together on Sunday, November 1 with a group lunch, a visit to Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, and an openingsacred circle.
Full participation is required for the entire retreat experience. Programming at Sedonya Center for Conscious Living runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm, with select evening experiences included.
