HEARTFUL YOGA WORKSHOPS 

Join me in the upcoming workshops either live on Zoom and/or live in person with a limited 6-person capacity for the following Heartful living workshops

As a yogi, artist and cook, I decided to focus the next 3 yoga workshops around areas that help bring me into holistic balance and hopefully it will help you make time to look at your yoga practice too, as expansive in other areas for healthy living besides Asana.

Take some time for resting the body and mind in Yoga Nidra. 

 Nourish your soul in cooking a homemade soup and conversing with others in Satsung.

 And breathe yourself to balance with a deeper understanding of what and how a breath practice is a tool to use like an asana practice for balancing emotions, energy, the mind and body. 

It so important to move into understanding yourself and what tools of yoga you can integrate into a heartful healthy yoga practice to bring you into balance. If you are exploring yourself on the mat, take that yogic curiosity and questioning into how you rest, fuel and breathe.  Join me to move towards integration and wholeness in understanding yourself and its intuitive wisdom. 

All workshops are accessible for everyone and open to everyone.   Scholarships can the be arranged for each Zoom workshop.

Yoga Nidra & Restore

If you have been missing a quiet, peaceful Restorative class, now it's here for you, to relax, renew and bathe in its bliss with a yoga nidra! Yoga Nidra is sleepless sleep where we use our gentle awareness that is guided with us to find rest & relaxation moving through the layers of the physical, mental, emotional and breath bodies for sleepless sleep. 

Recommended: lots of props pillows, blankets, blocks, belts, eye pillows and cozy socks

Soup & Satsung

This is the first class Dani is teaching around cooking and the hearth of the kitchen. She will send you out a list of ingredients that will be needed for the soup recipe that you can prepare as she walks you through the cooking process. . While the soup simmers it is an old fashioned Satsung “ a spiritual discourse or sacred gathering “ on the theme of Why we cook? And how to nourish ourselves from the inside out with our yoga practice. A great opportunity to chit chat about yoga or ask any of your simmering questions? 

Lets cook, gather and connect in the kitchen.(It’s where the party always winds up anyway )

Pranyama Essentials 

Join Dani in this breath-centered workshop in exploring the mechanics of the respiratory processes and how it links to expanding the pranayama practice as an isolated practice for deeper growth in yoga. Learn and understand when and why to use different techniques directing your breath, which is the vehicle for directing your prana through the body nourishing the nervous system.   These tools will be practiced as a separate yoga practice that you can integrate into your toolbox for healthy living. 

 Let’s breathe to expand our capacity to being fully human !
