This workshop sponsored through the Mental Health Assoc. and The Council on Addiction Prevention and Education for Dutchess County, NY gave children and adults a chance to explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and mind-body connections through creative activities. Guided sessions helped participants link colors with feelings and collaborate on art techniques to demonstrate the mind-body-breath connections. Unlike traditional yoga or art, this method blends creativity and emotional learning in a collaborative group setting.
