Yoga and art should be accessible to all people. Moving our bodies on the mat helps us tap into our innate creative and healing potential. Moving the paint around on the canvas is a tool for awareness and self-expression. When we make the connection that self-expression through yoga and art is the process of seeing our self with clarity, we can move from our own center of peace and out into the world. This workshop was done with teachers and healers for a contest entry for jade yoga mats. We reused old mats as our canvas to showcase our freedom of moving with our bodies and our breath as The Flow of Life. Happily, I was chosen to be the February pinup feature for the 2024 calendar and our collective effort was chosen for the back.
