This print was created during our sold out - weeklong retreat in Mexico. We adventured around town to be inspired by the colors of this fishing village and matched the paints to capture our favorites. We took a deep dive into using the map of the energy body known, as the Chakra System, for exploration in our integrated daily yoga workshops. Some days we studied breath & sound making and some days we somatically moved our bodies and paint around. Every day had a theme to tap deeper into oneself through our practices of therapeutic yoga asana, philosophy study, breathwork, mediation, journalling and soulful art exploration.
