It was a splendid time to experience all the colors of living life together during the March 2022 yoga vacation in Mexico. This was the first international retreat held since 2 years of quarantining. We were ready to take a deep dive into our classical yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation practices, art and inquiry workshops together.

We collaborated on this masterpiece a little bit each day giving us the opportunity to really step into the process of connection between our yoga and Heartful Art Making practices. Each day a new theme was to be imprinted as part of the reflection, layering from the day before.
