Every teacher should be thanked for their effort and energy brought forth in teaching young children. We see it now with Covid! This group of elementary school teachers before Covid had a special day dedicated to them for them to help them with self -care. This Heartful Yoga workshop was focussed on the 9 ingredients of healthy heartful living and the chakra system as a map to help guide them into seeing where we put forth effort towards others and how we can put effort into taking care of ourselves to help bring about wellness and a balanced life.
