The Middle Path Wellness Retreat

Today is the final call to join me and Amy for this Catskill Retreat Oct 16-19, 2025!

We hope you take the time for this immersive sacred experience that dives deep into the thresholds of your inner and outer world through ritual, movement, nature, art, action and reflection.

 

Whether you have joined me or Amy on our respective retreats in the past, this is the first time we are co-teaching. You will have an opportunity to join both of us who are steeped in yoga philosophy, therapeutics and integrative practices to help you make profound to connections of the yoga tools as practices for waking and walking the middle path of balanced living.  

 

During this retreat, we will take a deep dive into asana, pranayama, meditation, and art therapeutics exploring how breath, movement, stillness, and self-inquiry can help you release old patterns and reconnect to your wholeness of what is your center now. We will work through the lens of the gunas, understanding the quality of nature that “Satvic is not Static” and the dynamism of what is the middle is relative.

About the educators

Amy Pearce -Hayden a recognized International Yoga teacher, is sought out for her expertise in linking classical yoga with modern living. She has been a regular contributor to Yoga International Magazine, as both a cover model and creator of online yoga and meditation classes for them. And is the co-author and pod cast Living the Sutras .

Dani Locastro is the creator and founder of Heartful Yoga,LLC which integrates yoga and art modalities for cultivating creativity, healing and self-expression. She is a professional artist, textile designer, potter and entrepreneur whose knowledge and intuitiveness to guide students deep into their limitless potential and into their bodies runs deep.

Both Amy & Dani are 500YACEP educators with a depth of anatomy knowledge and additional certifications in Yoga Wall, Trauma Informed Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics.  Their approach to yoga is integrative and accessible for all to practice and be supported for living a heartful, healthy, balanced and purposeful life.
